The Story
For most of my career, I wore the corporate armor.
You know the kind. The polished answer in the meeting. The opinion you swallow because it isn't your lane. The quiet certainty that something underneath is broken — paired with the practiced calm of pretending it isn't.
I spent decades in that armor — inside leadership across HR, operations, supply chain, and distribution, rising to a global, executive-level role. From the inside, I could see what was breaking.
Not the people — the people were working hard. What was breaking was the structure underneath them: decisions with no clear owner, priorities that meant different things in different rooms, communication that depended on whoever happened to be in the meeting.
I tried to name it. I was, more than once, shut down — told it wasn't the priority, or wasn't my lane, or wasn't the kind of problem we talked about out loud.
So in 2018, I left to build the environment I never had: a way to make the invisible operating problem visible — and fixable. That's the work I do now. I diagnose operating strain at the top and rebuild how executive teams and threshold-moment leaders operate, so the structure finally matches the ambition.
